I am writing this review/complaint about a problem with another car. I am writing this because of the way they treated me yesterday. They were maintaining my Nissan Sunny and did all of the engine oil changes which included other maintenance items such as fluid levels and air in tires. They failed to maintain the proper level in the radiator and it ran hot on the highway and killed the engine. The overflow tank had radiator fluid in it and always did because I looked at it when the hood was open at their shop. The problem is the radiator did not have fluid but the over flow tank made it appear it did. This resulted in the car overheating and killing the engine. I also purchased Michelin tires for the same car from them. Nissan on Ladphrao road wanted 46,000 baht to repair the engine so I gave the car to my wife's family in Roiet and they paid for the repair which was not anywhere close to what Nissan quoted and I put the car in their name. When I fly to Roiet I still use the same car. The family paid around $16,000 baht for the repair. I purchased a new Nissan Almera Sport Tech. A few months ago B-Quik changed the oil in it for me. They used my Amsoil Signature Series oil which is the best oil available in the world, in my opinion. The oil cost me more than 2000 baht, and I also supplied them with a Nissan factory oil filter. I paid them for the labor of making the change. Yesterday I went back there to get Pricing for New Michelin tires for my new car and change the oil again. I brought the factory oil filter from Nissan and the same Amsoil Signature Series oil. They refused to do it again so I brought up the fact that there neglect had killed my previous car engine and they did not care. As a service from the purchase of my new car the Nissan dealership warranty included the oil changes for the first 3 years and it was time to have it done outside of the warranty. During the Nissan free oil changes I still provided them with the AMSOIL Signature Series oil. I chose B-Quik even though they damaged my previous car engine. I did this because I liked the convenience of the location and the mechanics that work there were very nice people did they turn their back on me. I never even received the price quote for the new Michelin tires for my car from them. The staff called an area manager that did not speak English and he refused to help. Today I called their headquarters, pressed 8 for English and zero for the operator as instructed by their system. The phone rang and rang and finally disconnected. That is when I decided to write this review. I will now seek out someone else to change my oil and give me a price on Michelin tires. **YOUR COMMENT IS STUPID BECAUSE I USE ORIGINAL** Nissan Filters purchased from Nissan and a SUPERIOR OIL to anything you sell. Mobile one is good but Amsoil Signature Series It is far superior to mobile one. Do the research yourself and you will see. **ALSO ABOVE YOU DID NOT MENTION OR SAY YOU'RE SORRY ABOUT WRECKING THE ENGINE IN MY NISSAN SUNNY BECAUSE YOU'RE STAFF DID NOT CHECK THE RADIATOR FOR COOLANT! THEY ONLY CHECKED THE OVERFLOW TANK WHICH ALWAYS HAD COOLANT IN IT.

I didn't like the price but I loved the service. K Nat got me with 4190 batter for a 1968 VW Beetle and only 900 for trade in. But he also checked my tires and clean my windows. He also would be looking for a super small 11cm wiper blade for my car. That's the service that couldn't be bought.

Good​ Service.​ But​ They​ can't​ recommened​ the​ tyre for​ you.​ Do​ some​ Research​ before going in.​ And, if​ you​ want​ Bridgestone, go​ to​ Cockpit.​ Better​ promotions.​ The​ closest​ is​ at​ Tesco​ Pattanakarn.

Thumbs up for the details given when called to ask for tire information... Once you reached there you get the similar treatment with attentive staff in the shop areas or the waiting areas.
