⁽⁵⁾ TUV Rheiland Thailand conducted tests on wet and dry roads with a temperature of 27-30 C in January 2018 in Chonburi Province, Thailand, upon Michelin's request, to compare the Michelin Primacy 4 225/50R17 101W tires, both new and close to worn-out, with leading competitors' tires on a Honda Accord test vehicle. The tests included measuring the noise level inside the car at speeds of 50-70 km/h and evaluating the comfort level at speeds of 30-50 km/h.

• MaxTouch – for better Longevity: it maximises the tyres’ contact with the road and distributes forces evenly for longer tread life and optimal performance.

• U-Shape Grooves – for better Wet performance: the void ratio increases as the tread wears down, ensuring higher water evacuation.

• P-Edge – for better Snow Performance: it helps the grooves gain volume as the tyre wears down, increasing edge density and improving grip in snowy conditions.
