We usually take corrective actions within 30 days from the date of your request.  If there is any delay, we will notify you by written notice. The correction of information is free of charge. 

10. Complaints and disputes

If you have any complaint or dispute related to Personal Data Protection Act or Privacy, please contact the Privacy Officer (see contact details below).

A response notice will be sent within 7 days of receiving a complaint. We will investigate the complaint and resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving the complaint. If there is any delay, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and specify the date we expect a solution to be completed.

If we are unable to resolve the complaint up to your expectations, you can make a request to the appropriate privacy authority in your country of residence.
