The service itself is fine, but punctuality needs improvement.
I brought the car in, and the mechanic said several things needed replacing. That wasn't a problem for me, as it was necessary at the time. However, I needed to pick up my young child. I asked what time it would be finished, and the mechanic said 5 PM, but would try to finish by 4:30 PM. That's when I agreed...
It's now 6 PM, and it's still not finished. My child has to wait at school because no one is there to pick him up. This is terrible...
If they knew it would take longer or they wouldn't be able to finish on time, they should have informed me in advance. I could have brought the car in for service on a later date, as I pass by to pick up my child every day...
