Hi pressure up-selling here. Tried to tell me I needed to flush my air-conditioner and a filter is missing from the low pressure suction service port. Few vehicles come with this filter factory installed and basically not needed. I said no flush and no filter and don't touch my aircon. I just had the evaporator replaced a week ago too. Why would they even be checking my aircon when I only wanted an oil change and check a squeaky brake? I had them change some break pads and the front drums thingy. When finished I drove 10 meters to test the brakes and the brakes where soft. They didn't test themselves before releasing the car to me. The rear brakes were not bled properly leaving air in the lines. They spent an extra hour bleeding the bubbles out. I was furious they could give me back my car like this. Is there no QA/QC here? 13K baht bill too. Not happy.

Poor service. Went to get Engine light checked. They fixed and charged. Within 10 mins issue reoccurred. Went again immediately. Later they said issue needs to be fixed by Car service centre. When questioned, why they charged, the was no answer. Later gave a print of 3 issues. Why was the print not given earlier.

Witnessed excellent service during my Tuesday tire inspection, despite the somewhat lengthy wait caused by the queue.

The personnel at this branch very kindly assisted when the car I was driving broke down whilst driving on Srinakarin Road on Sunday afternoon. They sent a mechanic out to check out the car, provided the telephone number for me to arrange a slider truck to take the car to B-Quik (my choosing and as the garage I would have taken the car to was closed), and made a preliminary assessment of the issue (ignition coil).
They graciously agreed to keep the car overnight until I could arrange for the car to be taken to the garage the next day (Monday).

Located inside Esso gas station. Plenty of parking lot. Quick & reliable service. They have waiting room but since it's close to Central Bangna so you can just go shopping and come get your car later.
