Excellent service. No English spoken though so unless you speak fluent Thai you'd probably need a trusted Thai with you.

From giving a full five-star review, today I'm down to two stars. I brought my car in for a routine service, but they refused to change the air filter, even though they brought their own filter fluid. Normally, they would change it for me, but this time they refused. When I asked if I wanted a routine service, they simply refused to change the air filter. They didn't seem to care about the customer at all.

I had my tires changed here before, but the mechanic refused to rebalance the wheels, claiming there was a problem with the suspension and that parts needed replacing first, costing over 5,000 baht. He said they wouldn't do the wheel alignment if I didn't replace the parts.
