I am sure not exaggerating to say that this is, by far, my most favorite tire service shop location I have ever came across.
Starting from the owner himself is hands on and lead the service. Unlike most of other that the owner just does the business part and hire mechanics to lead. He is sincere, helpful and reasonable with his customer, clearly a type that you want to ask for help and seek service from.
At first, I happened to call around to check prices for new tires for MPV. The owner picked up and not only informed me the price that he could offer discount, he spent time to educate me with all the question I might have about the condition of my tires. He offered if I was not sure if my tires is still in good condition or not, popped by him anytime and he would help. When I did, he clearly showed me where were the problem that I should be concerned. I decided to purchase all new and he even offered life-time tire swap service for free twice a year. Other only do 2 years for free.
Came in today after 20000km for my 2nd tire swap service. I decided to do alignment and he offered discount for old customer.

Excellent service with clear explanations and no pressure to buy. Mr. Joe (not sure if I got the name right), the owner, personally manages and oversees everything. Prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. Highly recommended. For those visiting, pay close attention to the entrance; it's easy to miss.
