Good overall experience, but sometimes you need to wait quite long, and sometimes they put a sticker on your car without your permission. For those like me who like their cars sticker-free, watch out.

The staff provides excellent service and a large customer base. The convenience of being located in a shopping mall means you can walk around the mall while waiting for your car to be serviced, avoiding boredom.
B-Quik also has a restroom inside.

I took my car to get the wheels balanced, and the mechanic used something to rub and remove the balancing, leaving scratches all over the rims. They didn't take care of the customer's car at all. What do they usually use to scrape off glue residue? Sandpaper? That's why there are so many scratches. Don't they have glue remover anymore? Please improve your service and put yourself in the customer's shoes.
