Not very impressed. 1. The number provided on Google Maps isn't answered. I called several times during business hours, and no one answered. They should provide a valid contact number on the Google Maps page so customers can inquire about basic information before using the service. 2. The female employee at the counter, who had her hair down and wore glasses, was unwilling to provide service. I went in to ask for information because I needed to change four tires, which cost over ten thousand baht. I changed the tires that day. I arrived at 8 a.m., was one of the first customers, and it wasn't very busy. I asked about tire prices, promotions, and tire sizes. She didn't seem very happy to answer. She gave a perfunctory answer, looking displeased, sighing, and frowning, expressing annoyance. Even though the information was on the computer in front of me, just reading it and telling me what was going on would be enough. Instead, she called a male technician to talk to me instead, as if she was being annoyed. The first technician was very sly, while the second technician was polite and informative (just sharing the information from the computer screen in front of her). If you work in service and your job is to provide information, but you're annoyed by customers and don't want to give information, and only speak nicely to customers when receiving payment, I recommend looking elsewhere. Because every customer who comes to use our service has paid for it and wants to know the details of the products and services they receive, not just to ask for free services. They paid over ten thousand baht but received perfunctory service. 3. The first mechanic the female staff at the counter called to give us information only told us the price of the most expensive tire brand and encouraged us to buy that brand. They also encouraged us to change the rims, which wasn't necessary for our car. When we asked about the price of other tire brands, they told us each brand individually, telling us so quickly that we couldn't keep up. If we hadn't asked if this brand was available, they wouldn't have told us. When we asked about promotional prices, they told us that all were on promotion, which didn't match what was advertised in the brochure. Is this what they call "mechanic tricks?"
