Waited 3 hours after they said it would take 2, just to be told they refuse to balance and align my wheels because the tires are "too old." Tires are fine — just lazy and unprofessional service. Waste of time. Never again.

I'm so upset. I had no choice but to come to this branch to claim my tire under warranty. The technician there was so evasive, like they weren't going to accept the claim, even though other branches would have. They said they were out of the tire model I need at that branch, so they recommended this one. When I explained the situation, I received negative feedback, being told that a minor cut like that was fine, but I travel long distances every week, often across provinces. I don't want to use a damaged tire, and my warranty is still valid. They still acted like they wouldn't accept the claim. They finally accepted my case but said they needed to check the information, then made me wait for several hours without informing me whether my tire was covered under warranty. I had to go to the counter to ask before I could speak to a technician and find out it was covered. Normally, other branches inform you beforehand so you can attend to other matters while you wait. I was so stressed I cried. I feel terrible about the service I received, but also relieved that my tire was covered. I will never go to this branch again. Thank you.

Terrible service. They didn't align the wheels correctly, the after-service was poor, and the reception staff were rude. My car didn't look the same after just a change of engine and transmission oil. Other branches are much better.
