I parked at the first spot and asked the staff, who told me to go to another spot. I thought the staff would take my car at the second spot and write a repair order, but no, they told me to drive to the parking lot across from the store. I had to call the branch again and then go get the repair order. The service is terrible. Customers should have their car picked up and processed at the second spot before parking. #I've been to this branch many times and never had any service. There aren't many cars, but the queue is always long. It's so confusing. Last time I brought my car in for wheel alignment, they couldn't do it and didn't tell me from the start, making me wait for several hours. #This time I just wanted to get the old tires checked and get new nitrogen.
