Responsibility and problem resolution: Very good.
Overall, everything was okay.
Each time I receive service from this branch, I always receive good care from the staff (I've seen many reviews complaining a lot).

I used to use their services regularly for three years because my house was nearby. I'd just leave the car there and pick it up in the evening. The last time I took it in, it was just a checkup; it was driving normally. The mechanic came up with an outrageous list of parts, saying it was like I'd been in a major accident, costing 35,000 baht. So I didn't replace anything they suggested and drove to the official service center. They quoted 1,260 baht for just a ball joint, but the B-Quik mechanic's list was ridiculously expensive. They wanted to change everything, including the engine oil, even though I told them I always use synthetic oil from this branch. They said it had to be changed because it was almost six months since I'd driven that far too long, but I insisted on using genuine synthetic oil from them. That was it; I'm never going back there again. It's the end of their service. I suspect they changed mechanics; all the staff at the counter, including the mechanics, seem new. 🤣

My brake lights were stuck on at 8 PM. The staff were incredibly nice; they checked it for me without charging me. They're well-trained and very lovely.

Good service, no advance booking, first come, first serve. If there are a lot of customers, you may have to wait a bit to follow the queue. You can walk around Lotus first. If you check everything, the staff will call to inform you. If you have a flat tire, you can patch it for free. Very good.

Terrible experience. I called to inquire and was told there were two people in line, so I asked if they could reserve a spot for me to get my tires rotated and balanced. When I arrived, there were suddenly four more people in line, meaning I had to wait another two hours. It's not a short drive either, and the person who greeted me spoke in a very unpleasant tone.
