My tire got a flat from a bolt, so I called to check if they were open and if they did tire repairs. The staff were very polite, and this particular employee provided exceptional service. When I asked about the service fee, he said there was no charge. He even asked if I wanted to give him some credit by liking and sharing his page. This employee has such a strong sense of loyalty to the company. I'd love for the owner to promote him.

I went in for a tire repair, but the employee repaired it for free. That's a good deed, I must commend them.

Brought a rental car that had driven 120,000 km into service without informing the customer what to do. Waited 4 hours and then went to ask only to find out it wasn't finished. Normally, a personal car that has driven 300,000 km still goes into the service center. It's more convenient and faster. I recommend going to a regular service center. It's different and much better. In southern dialect, you can say "I've already learned my lesson." Today, I'm going back before it's late and I won't wait. I'll come back and get it in a day or two.

I went to get a tire patched, but they only wanted to replace it.
They kept making excuses and said I had to wait 2 hours.
Finally, I went to a nearby Fit shop and it was done in 5 minutes.
P.S. The tire I was getting patched was bought from B-Quik.
