They went above and beyond Replaced my tires, got a small promotion for returning the old ones. Took about an hour but I could hear a small *tick* when driving. After multiple test drive with the workers and manager, they couldn't here the noise. They still believed in the customer and lifted the car once more and heard the ticking noise but turning the tire manually. They couldn't find the reason behind it even after multiple dissemblage of the tire. The manager then went ahead and unmounted the entire wheel (axis?) And remounted it and the issue was fixed. They kept a cold head and were friendly. I am satisfied.
