Many service bay, big outlet, but equally you get lots of customers. We waited over 2 hours for tyre rotation. The waiting room with sufficient seats, with air con.

Looks like a good service centre. Went in for a quote on tyres and suspension. Only one staff in the office and he could/would not speak English.

New tire installed in a timely fashion. Right near Sunee Grand, so we could walk to eat lunch while they did their thing. No complaints

More like B-Slow. We dropped off the vehicle for 4 new tires and an oil change, they said it would take an hour. But after 3+ hours they still couldn't figure out how to.print our invoice. Not sure if everyone in the front office was new, or they just don't know how to use the system. Seemed like every customer was having the same problem.
However, the technician who checked us in was knowledge, through and pretty quick. And they seemed to do a good job on the installation side. But if you see a big queue when you get there, Runnnnnn or expect to wait 3 hours for your service.
