I stopped by Pong Chotana Tire today while driving past to get a quick service check. The staff greeted me promptly, explained the available service options, and provided clear pricing with discounts. They directed me to the customer lounge, which was clean and comfortable with cold A/C, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary drinks. While I waited, multiple technicians performed a free 60-point inspection on my car. Not long after, a staff member came back with a list of recommended services and detailed pricing. Since I had other errands to run, I let them know I’d come back for the additional work. They helpfully offered a free tire rotation and gave me an estimated time for the service. When it was time to pay, the staff informed me that I had 4,500 reward points, which I could redeem for a 450 THB discount—so I used them. Final bill: just 920 THB. Overall, I was very impressed! Friendly staff and clean workshop. The pricing structure for tyreplus is crazy. They quoted 500Thb for handbrake adjustment and another 500thb for a clean of the mechanism. 1000thb for 10minutes job is a joke. I brought my own brake fluid and because it was in 2 small bottles, they charged me 2 service fees as the fee is for some reason per bottle, not for the full brake bleed. Good for tyres and oil change, uneconomical for anything else. Predatory pricing.

Big shop for tire & wheel services. Clean, well maintained. Has rest areas for customers. Many young frontline staff, but poorly trained, so they're inefficient. Every time we asked about our cars being serviced, they asked "which cars?" Despite being assured 2 hours to change tires, when they called to say a pair of brakes needed to be replaced and we agreed to it, they didn't tell us how much longer needed. We called, twice, to ask, but again they asked what car, what job, and guessed 30 more minutes. Finally went back to them after 3.5 hours to say it's been way too long, then got the cars exactly at 4 hours. Pricing is average, so we had no incentive to be patient with their incompetence, chewed out the manager who was not empowered by owner to offer service recovery to dissatisfied customers. They don't speak much English, so bring a Thai speaker if you even want to try this place.
