Very professional, honest, efficient and reasonable priced car care. We went there twice. They were extremely nice and make sure your car is well serviced.
Synthetic oil change (4L) completed in ~15 minutes for 1,400 baht.

🚗🛞If you have a car problem in Chiang Mai, come to
#YangThongAutoParts
📌This is my regular shop when I have a car problem. I have used their services many times since I was in Chiang Mai.
📌This car is parked in Chiang Mai and is not used very often. I had it repaired somewhere else and they used a substandard fuel pipe, which caused the pipe to leak and the smell of fuel evaporated after a long time of use.
👍🏻 The staff at the reception greeted me with a smile.
👍🏻 The shop owner came to supervise and control the car himself. He spoke clearly and directly to the point.
👍🏻 The technicians work as a team. The work is completed quickly.
👍🏻 The price is not too expensive. It is safe and reliable.
👍🏻 Maintenance work, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, oil change, suspension repair, spare parts, tires, etc.

The service was excellent and fast. They were able to replace the parts within the time frame stated, the price was reasonable, and they didn't take a lunch break. The staff worked together to repair the car quickly, which was very impressive.

We inquired about tires by sending a photo of the tire we wanted to the shop to see if they had this model to fit our Tesla. We provided the details of the car, and the shop sent the tire details via chat. While I'm not a car expert, I was curious about the tire details and price, so I asked again if the price was the same as the picture. The answer was no, they were out of stock, so they offered a different tire.
This is wrong. If you didn't have the tire model we sent, you should have informed us and offered a compatible model. But you took the liberty of judging the customer by saying you didn't have this model and then telling them what you had. If we hadn't asked again, we would have assumed they had already sent you the model. The answer was that they had already given you the model name. In short, they miscommunicated and misunderstood. This is an attempt to overwhelm the customer with what they had. Initially, someone recommended this tire, but after the conversation, I thought I wouldn't be able to use their service.
