I went to B-Quik Lotus Phetchabun for air conditioning repair. I paid 1,800 baht for a blower motor replacement, but the problem persisted, and the fan motor might not have actually been faulty. The first day, I waited about four hours. The next day, I took my car back again, and waited for over five hours with no updates or communication. After about four hours, I contacted a staff member and was told that there were no parts and the repair was not possible. No refund or compensation was offered. Two full days passed without resolution. ----------- Visited B-Quik Lotus Phetchabun for AC repair. I paid 1,800 baht for a blower motor replacement, but the issue remained, and the blower motor allegedly was not faulty. My first visit took about four hours. I returned the next day, waited over five hours with no updates, and only after asking about the car after four hours were I told there were no parts and they could not repair it. No refund or compensation was offered. I lost two full days with no resolution.
