Before I went to this branch, I inquired on their FB page messenger about the cost of a spark plug change and wheel alignment. They gave me the following prices:
NGK brand, starting at 65-590 THB per unit
Denso brand, starting at 390-490 THB per unit
50 THB per unit installation cost
So I went to the branch and asked again for the prices before availing of the service. This time, they quoted me:
Denso - 1,500 THB per piece!
The price suddenly tripled from the initial quotation. It's ridiculous! I decided to pass on the spark plug change and only went ahead with the wheel alignment.
After an hour, they said they were done, and I saw them drive my car around the gas station for "testing." I paid 450 THB, and they handed my car back to me. I tested it on the main road, where I believe they should have tested it before returning the car. And sure enough, the car was still not aligned properly, drifting to the right even with the steering wheel centered.
So I made a U-turn and went back to the branch, wasting more precious time waiting for them to redo the alignment.
To be fair, they handled my complaint in a nice way and explained the "factors" that might have affected the alignment.
But still, they had a chance to redeem themselves after quoting me an overpriced spark plug but failed to get the alignment right the first time. They didn't fix it properly.
I will never return to this branch.
