There's nothing wrong with the service, but the timekeeping needs improvement.
I brought my car in and the mechanic said I needed to change this and that. I didn't mind, as it was time to change because I had to pick up a small child. I asked what time he'd be finished, and he said 5:00 PM, but he'd rush to get it done by 4:30 PM, which was fine with me...
It's still 6:00 PM, and the kids are still waiting at school with no one to pick them up. It's terrible...
If you knew you were going to be late or not ready in time, you should have let us know ahead of time. We could have brought the car in for maintenance later, as I pick up my child every day...
