From giving a full five-star review, today I'm down to two stars. I brought my car in for a routine service, but they refused to change the air filter, even though they brought their own filter fluid. Normally, they would change it for me, but this time they refused. When I asked if I wanted a routine service, they simply refused to change the air filter. They didn't seem to care about the customer at all.

This is a new branch in the area. The waiting area is clean and spacious.
The staff provides good service, compares prices from various options, and helps find promotions and discounts, including credit card offers.
They check things thoroughly; they don't mind whether something needs repairing or not.
In my case, there was a problem on the first day of repair, but the technician fixed it for free the next day. They gradually resolved the issue until it was working normally again.
