This place should not be called “B-Quick.” It should be called “B-Slow.” Every time I come here, there is a minimum of 20 cars in line and a wait of 2-4 hours for something that takes less than 15 minutes, like an oil change or a tire change.
There is no booking system, no appointments can be made, so no way to plan your time. Unless you are unemployed or have nothing else to do for half the day, this is not a practical place to use. Sitting in a queue for hours for basic service is ridiculous.
Calling this company “B-Quick” feels misleading when the reality is the exact opposite. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

I went in with a puncture expecting farrang prices or rip offs.
A gentleman was very polite, said he would check the tyre and let me know. He came back 25 minutes later showed me the screw that was in the tyre and said it has been fixed. I'm thinking oh God I didn't give you authority to fix it how much are you going to rip me off by? He told me it was free. Guess where I'll be getting my tyres when I need new ones. Great service

Bought some great tires on sale here and the service staff and mechanics were all great. They were able to do the work the same afternoon that we came in to check tire prices. Alignment was included in the price of the tires. Overall, a very good experience - and they gave us a free large umbrella as well. Highly recommended.

Had a flat Tire (a Screw), bought them here 2 Months ago. Top friendly and fast repairing, while i could waiting in the Aircon Lounge with a fantastic free Cappuccino. Love this company, what a Service !!

Good, honest and friendly service.
I was so impressed and pleased with the service I received when I took my car to them, first time, last week to fix a problem.
Certainly, as long as I am still in Pattaya I will return back to this business because the staff are honest and customer service mindset.
