I ordered 2 new front tyres for approx 15,000.00 thb. When tyres were under the car they said that the balancing machine was broken. That can happen. I called an other shop and they could do the balancing for about 600 thb. So I wanted a discount from B-Quik. They refused and said that balancing was not included what of course is a lie. So overall bad service and impolite staff. Never go there again.
