The staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I went to get my tires checked with nitrogen twice, and the staff gave me great advice, which made me feel confident.

Today, August 10, 2025, at around 11 a.m., I took my tire to a Fortuner for a tire patching. The employee told me there was a long queue, so I should leave it and call them when I was done. So I went to eat at the Lotus next door and waited until around 2 p.m., but they still hadn't called. I went to ask the employee if the tire was finished yet. The employee said, "No, I can't patch it. I have to go get a stream patch." Huh? Then why didn't they call and say they couldn't patch it and that I had to go find a stream patching shop? They told me to hurry and take the tire to another shop. Why did they waste almost four hours? I feel terrible. The tire is getting old. I might not get a new tire here, both for the Mazda and the Fortuner I'm driving. I'm disappointed.

Changed the engine oil and filter (free), but when I actually got it, they charged 250 for the filter. They said it was a special filter and I had to pay more. I'm confused.
