I had my 1 year old Toyota Hilux there to change the battery. When I picked up the car they had applied oil to the tires and the interior of the car without asking me.
As everyone knows, applying oil to tires makes them look good just 5 minutes. The oil makes all the dirt stick to the tires, so the white letters on the tires are now dirty forever.
B-Quick is a tire shop so they should know better. This is not good customer service. Maybe they destroy the customers tires, in order to sell more tires. It is one theory.

I visited on Wednesday, December 24th, 1968. It was busy, but the wait wasn't long. There were 4 service counters.
The price included reassuring after-sales service. They accept trade-ins of old tires at a good price and offer 0% interest installment plans for 6-10 months.
Accumulate points for discounts and other privileges.
Tire replacement and basic engine and air conditioning check took 1 hour.

My car had a problem, it wasn't for repairs, but I came in to ask for help disconnecting the battery to reset the ECU system of my Benz C200 W204 on August 26th, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The mechanic was very helpful, polite, and gave excellent advice. Thank you very much. I will definitely be a customer at this branch again in the future.

Giving it one star is already too much. I strongly advise against using their services. Waiting in line is acceptable, but two hours just for an oil change is far too long. The dismissive attitude was very unacceptable.
