My car got punctured by a nail. I turned in close to the time my younger sibling was getting off work, but the employee was very helpful. He quickly fixed the tire and didn't charge me any fees. I was very touched. I'm not sure if this is company policy or not, but I know they've won the hearts of customers. I'll continue to use their services.
