I brought my car in to get the tires changed. The mechanics, both the older and younger ones, provided excellent service. They were all very cheerful, polite, and helpful. The mechanics gave good advice and were very friendly and attentive to detail. They worked quickly and took good care of my car. It was exactly as I had seen in the reviews I read beforehand, which said the service here is truly excellent.

The service was excellent, I was very impressed! My tire was completely flat and I couldn't drive. I called several B-Quik branches, but no one could come and change it on-site. They said they didn't have the equipment. They told me to drive the car in or hire a tow truck. But this PTT Bang Phun branch understood my problem and sympathized with me. Tow trucks aren't cheap! They came on a motorcycle, removed my wheel, took it to B-Quik for repairs, and then drove back to change the tire for me. They didn't charge me a single baht for the on-site service, only the tire cost. Plus, I got an extra 3% discount for my first-time membership. In short, it was easy, convenient, saved me money and time, and the tire price was reasonable (I checked several places). I'm so impressed! I'll save up to change my other three tires soon! 💖💝

The equipment is well-equipped, the staff are polite, and the supervisors provide excellent advice and provide regular updates. The premises are clean and the technicians are dedicated. It's a perfect place for me to comfortably take care of my car. The waiting area is cool and comfortable. The chairs may not be the most comfortable, but it's okay.
