I used a rental car from "Phatra Co., Ltd." and booked an appointment to replace the burnt-out right headlight bulb on Monday, December 22, 2025, through Phatra Co., Ltd.
The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, December 24, 2025, between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.
I arrived at the branch and entered the reception area at 10:27 AM.
1. Customer reception area: The female employee at the desk avoided eye contact and curtly told me to "go inform the counter outside," making me feel unvalued as a customer. It was as if I was begging for food from her.
This was despite the fact that I was there for a business partner appointment.
2. Male counter outside:
He informed me that the queue was very long. I had to wait until the afternoon. There were 16 cars in line, and they still said,
"We're not sure if we have the bulbs in stock. We need to check."
This was despite giving 2 days' notice (and Patara Co., Ltd. provided information about the Toyota Altis).
I understand the queue and the workload.
But "booking in advance" should show the customer at least two things:
1. Proactive: Checking/preparing items before the appointment day.
2. Scheduling the appointment according to the communicated timeframe, not wasting the customer's time. If I have to go to Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1:00 PM, what am I supposed to do?? Even though I booked in advance?
Customers have many other things to do afterward and don't have all day for B-Quik.
B-Quik is a brand that conveys speed. However, changing just one light bulb takes 2-3 hours of waiting time.
10-20 minutes → For generally accessible vehicles.
20-40 minutes → For some models requiring minor disassembly.
A 2-3 hour wait is "unusual" for such a simple job.
3 hours is the time a customer could realistically travel to Korat in real life.
I'd like the branch to improve these three things:
• Standard of greeting/respect at the reception area.
• A more meaningful appointment system (parts + appointment queue).
• Proactive vehicle reception/clear communication of estimated times from the start.
I'm leaving this review to encourage improvements, as I still want to see B-Quik live up to its "Quik" name.

How much would it cost to install two Dunlop 185/60/15 tires?

Very good service. The staff seem to be scammers, but they are very service-minded. I highly recommend it.
