This time, we drove into a pothole and brought it in for a checkup. He called us to check the symptoms and then informed us and let us see every part of the symptoms. We can decide for ourselves. He didn't just finish the check and do it without us knowing anything. We consider him to be doing a good job. If you change the wheels at the center, the price isn't cheap.

Coffee is available but hot water is useless. The service is very slow. I came at 9:30 and made an appointment for 4 hours. It was finished at 2:30 PM. I got queue number 13. I started working at 2:20 PM and finished work at 5:00 PM. In summary, the whole day, tire rotation, wheel balancing, gear alignment, brake disc replacement, brake pad replacement, they said it would cost 2,000, but it was 2,965 baht. I came once and was scared. I won't come again. It's over. Whoever comes, you have to think carefully. The wait is too long. It's really long. 9:30-17:00 😭 I didn't have to do anything today. It's also expensive. It's a bad mood. I give it a negative score.

Please train the staff. I just changed the tires and balanced the front wheels. Both front wheels have scratches. I went to do it on the evening of February 13th. I just changed the wheels. This was the first time I changed the tires. I can't take it anymore.

There was an emergency that required checking the undercarriage and tires while traveling to another province during Songkran. We received excellent service from both the car receiving department and the staff. They clearly stated the estimated time according to the queue and the 1.5 hour wait time, allowing the customer to estimate the time (which we were happy to do since we would be driving a long distance). The waiting room was comfortable, able to plug in and work while waiting. Robinson Department Store was just across the road, so it was convenient to find something to eat while waiting. When the check was complete and finished ahead of schedule, there was no charge. They offered a Thai New Year's snack reward, but the staff did not accept it. I sincerely commend the service.
