Today I came to change tires after buying Yoko tires
Long time ago, when removing and installing tires, the staffs were attentive to every step, checking for us, both the tires and our suspension
After installing, they used a torque wrench to tighten the nuts, very good standard

The staff were so lovely! I went to get my tires changed with my child today. They explained everything clearly and even gave my child a portable fan. My child was so happy! When I joked with my child that they were so kind to give a fan even though he hadn't showered, he joked back, "I guess if I had showered, I would have gotten a TV!" 😂 It really made my day! Thank you!

Upon arrival, a staff member greeted the car. After explaining the problem, they told me to go back to the original shop for the repair...what kind of service is that? 🤔 My friend said the mechanic there gave good advice.
I saw many positive reviews, but this experience is very disappointing. Please consider this feedback from the shop.
