Had to wait 4 hours to change 2 tires and they didn't even bother to spray and whip the rims when finished.

Friendly and creative mechanics offering reasonable alternatives to get things fixed quick!
The staff at B-quick behind Tesco bypass at Ratsada, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000 could learn a LOT from the team here in order to improve their service.
The manager Khun Ti is a very friendly person and helped out while ordering parts which arrived with a delay.

The opposite of "QUICK": over 2 hours to repair 1 flat tire 🤷♀️🤷♀️.
Update: Went to Auto1 and they repaired the tire in 15 minutes, no charge and asked me to come back if I had any problems. THAT is EXCELLENT service 🙏🙏
Pro:
- Reasonable price
- No appointment required
- Name brand products
- Comfortable waiting area
Con:
- No one speaks basic English, which makes it really hard to address specific issues with the car and quotations
- Warranty was unclear
- Took FOREVER to pay and checkout because the staff doesn't speak English and the staff at the front desk are sort of clueless
