The opposite of "QUICK": over 2 hours to repair 1 flat tire 🤷♀️🤷♀️.
Update: Went to Auto1 and they repaired the tire in 15 minutes, no charge and asked me to come back if I had any problems. THAT is EXCELLENT service 🙏🙏
Pro:
- Reasonable price
- No appointment required
- Name brand products
- Comfortable waiting area
Con:
- No one speaks basic English, which makes it really hard to address specific issues with the car and quotations
- Warranty was unclear
- Took FOREVER to pay and checkout because the staff doesn't speak English and the staff at the front desk are sort of clueless

Friendly and creative mechanics offering reasonable alternatives to get things fixed quick!
The staff at B-quick behind Tesco bypass at Ratsada, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000 could learn a LOT from the team here in order to improve their service.
The manager Khun Ti is a very friendly person and helped out while ordering parts which arrived with a delay.
Good team...good work !

They treated the old Honda City like a new Rolls Royce. Great service, friendly attitude and a mechanic that made you feel safe. All replaced parts were shown to us and the bill was a couple of thousand Baht less than the quote. Never been one to use the franchise type of workshop in the past....I will be back and highly recommend this B-Quik !
