I brought my car in the shop last Saturday to inspect. The mechanic who check my car says no problem, and I asked to change the coolant since my aircon smells like dust and what they did is just they add water on it. Upon checking my car, the mechanic change the brake pads and said that the bearing, suspension etc must be change. I asked them if it could be done on Monday because on the following day I will have a long Distance travel, the mechanic said it's okay, the car can still go to Pattaya etc.. I waited for 5 hours, and even paid more than a thousand. When I got my car I notice that it's already bouncy, I came back the next day and the mechanic said they cannot check anymore instead they must change the spring etc.. I was very upset coz I told the mechanic I will be having travel on Sunday and he said the car can travel but cannot. I went to other shop for the repair, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! IT'S VERY WORST 😡

I won't be using them again. I asked them to change the oil and service, (check all the filters etc), on my truck. They changed the oil changed the air and engine filter and done the rear brakes and fluid. I was told that I would have to come back the following day for a part they didn't have in stock but it would only take 20 minutes to fit it. The following day I returned and had to wait over 3 hours whilst my truck was in the ramp and nobody touching it. Probably 5-6 customers came and went whilst I was waiting for my 20 minute job to be completed. What made it even worse was that a few days later I went to another garage as the truck was still running badly and instantly they said I needed a new fuel filter. Why didn't BQuick spot this. There were also several other issues that required attention that BQuick just didn't pick up on. I will not be using them again!

Horrible service! They rip you off and has not fixed anything in my car that was wrong . Took my car in to get the oil changed but also to fix the petrol sensor because it always says I have empty tank even though I just filled up my car. They said there is nothing wrong and did nothing! They gave me a quote price and then charged me way over that price. This place has bad service and over charges
