The shop is inside HomePro Ratchaburi. I came to get my tires rotated and was able to exchange AIS points for a 50% discount. Inside the waiting room, there are drinks and the air conditioning is very cold. The staff provided good service. I deducted 1 star for the estimated time on the car receipt of 1.30 hours. The staff said it might not be that long, but the actual wait was 2 hours, which is very long for a tire rotation.

Personally, I think the mechanic lacked experience. Some things weren't actually broken, but he was too shy to try and fix them, so he said they might be. Then, at another mechanic, they could fix it without any problems. If a woman driving a car who lacks experience were to try and fix it, she would have wasted money. Sometimes, the problem isn't actually broken; it just depends on who does the repair.

I was impressed from the first time I received this service several months ago because this person greeted me and explained everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand. The service was excellent. I've been to other branches and never felt as comfortable as coming to see this person. Five stars!!!

The staff provided excellent explanations.
There's a waiting room, restrooms, coffee, and a water dispenser.
There's also a TV.
If you leave your car in the shop, they'll call you when it's finished.
