Today, I brought my car to B-Quik Lamphun. I intended to take advantage of the installment payment promotion, as the mechanic had already recommended, because I had already planned the expenses. However, what happened left me, the customer, feeling disappointed.
The cashier didn't inform me of the total amount or even ask me what payment method I wanted. They just handed me the documents for me to sign, and that was it. This should have been the final step after the customer had read all the details and payment terms. But I ended up paying the full amount, even though I had intended to pay in installments and added additional items to meet the company's terms and conditions with the mechanic.
While some may consider this a minor mistake, it reflects a lack of "carelessness" that makes the customer feel like they're just another person who just walks in and pays, and that's it. There's no effort to understand or take responsibility for the customer's needs.
I hope management will see this review and revise their service procedures. A single disappointment can make a customer never want to return.

The service was excellent. There's a comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room for guests, and all the staff were very polite.

Great service, friendly conversation. Modern tools Even though the car is always crowded. Especially during the promotional period, the technician hardly had any time to rest.
