I was visiting Saraburi and had a flat tire. Looking for the nearest repair shop, I found B-Quik at Lotus.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The mechanic said I stepped on a nut and caused the flat tire.
When he finished, he asked about the cost and said it was fine, no charge.
I'm so grateful for your kindness.

I had my girlfriend replace a single turn signal light. They were going to charge me 900 baht, so I canceled the order. The price was too high compared to the dealer. The dealer only paid over 100 baht to replace it, and they couldn't even put it back in properly, or maybe it was broken. It kept falling off after riding for a while, even though it had been fine before. If they can't do it or don't have the parts and have to buy them from outside and overcharge me, I shouldn't have hired them. Previously, I had both headlight bulbs replaced at B-Quik Robinson, and it was only 200 baht. This dealer's prices are way too high.
***To sum it up, I sent a photo today showing the mechanic disassembling the part. The customer broke it without telling me, and then they bought it from an outside shop and overcharged me.

Overall, the service is not very good compared to other branches. In my experience, the service was very poor. The customer encountered a problem after receiving the service, but they shifted responsibility onto the customer instead.

The staff are polite and provide good service (some of them). However, the repairs are like keeping a sick person warm and offering to repair the patient later. I'm not sure if this is the reason why they don't repair in one go, but other places don't do this.
