I happened to be running errands in the Lom Sak area and noticed a flat left rear tire, so I stopped by this shop to get it repaired. The staff were friendly and efficient. There's also plenty of seating for customers to wait.

- The female staff member was polite and smiling. - However, this male staff member, after we explained the problem, said he'd try it himself. He came back with a new problem, saying he couldn't find the old one. After trying the new solution again, he unexpectedly encountered the old problem the customer mentioned and couldn't fix it because they didn't have the parts. Why didn't he listen to the customer? Why was he so arrogant and only focused on his own ideas without thoroughly examining the problem? The customer had to get it repaired repeatedly. It's ridiculous. His demeanor and facial expressions made him unsuitable for explaining anything. He didn't focus on service; he just acted like he knew everything and the customer didn't know as much as he did. Truly deserving of the title "employee of the day" from the shop. I chose this shop because other reviews mentioned poor service. It turns out their service is just as bad. I advise anyone using their services to avoid asking questions or seeking advice. They didn't even apologize for not thoroughly examining the problem. A person with a good mood would be ruined by this shop.

Before heading to Thap Boek, Khao Kho, or Thung Salang Luang, check your suspension, tires, brakes, and shock absorbers here. Fair prices, no rip-offs, excellent service, and the same standard equipment as in Bangkok. Highly recommend this place.

We had our tires changed here. After 4-5 days, the tires were low on air, so we took them back to have them checked... and they did it for free. This is a picture of the tire before it was changed.
