If you're already changing tires, I recommend purchasing the i-care service. It's only a few hundred baht, but it's incredibly worth it.

Changing wheels, new tire prices, as far as I've found, Tire Plus is probably the cheapest in terms of price including wheel balancing and nitrogen filling. There's a tire warranty and after-sales service. The subscription price is also cheap. Service is available 24 hours nationwide. If the tire bursts at Thung Yai Naresuan, there's a towing service to pick it up. I asked the seller about this.
