Overall very pleased with my visit to Tyreplus. The manager speaks English and the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Plus there was a very nice air-conditioned customer lounge. I needed two new front tyres and got a great price and it was done within just over an hour. The service agent even took it for a quick five minute test drive to check everything was okay. Very conveniently located on the 231 Ring Road near Central Plaza. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this business.

I went to replace the leaf spring bushings and shock absorber bushings because they were making noise. They didn't replace the ball joints yet because only the right side had slight movement, and the mechanic said it wasn't necessary. The mechanic also promised to straighten the steering wheel because it was slightly tilted. However, when I picked up the car, it was still tilted. When the shop called to check, I said the noise was still present occasionally and the steering wheel was still slightly tilted. They told me to come back and have the mechanic look at it. When I arrived, they just wanted a wheel alignment, nothing more. They only wanted a wheel alignment, simply adjusting the steering rack. They just wanted the mechanic to tighten a few bolts. I asked for just one service visit and decided to stop there. I had planned to come back next month to replace the remaining ball joints. They wouldn't even let me do a little more adjustment; they just wanted my money. After this experience, I'd rather go to another shop.
