Dry rot issues encountered from Year 2
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (Front 245/30 ZR20 and Rear 275/30 ZR20) came equipped with my Mercedes AMG E53. Beginning from year 2 (less than 8,000km driven), I noticed cracks appearing all over at the edges of both front tires (none on the rear ones). These cracks became deeper and worsened over time. And as the car reached 10,000km, there were deep and long dry rot cracks on both the front tires - right into the treads. (Pictures available) This became severely dangerous that Mercedes recommended not to drive on them. The car was driven regularly (shorter trips) and was always parked in the indoor garage.
