Pilot Sport 5 TYRE REVIEW

These perform better than the PS4 in everyway, I've competed in two Autosolos and a very cold track day on them on top of daily driving duties

Wet grip is superior to the previous Pilot Sport 4 S tyres I had on the car. Handling is just as sharp in the dry and overall grip is fantastic. Fuel economy has taken a slight dip, but this is to be expected compared to worn tyres with less tread depth. I would argue that this tyre is a great choice for any hot hatch given its versatility and breadth of strengths.

Excellent. Feel very safe with lots of grip and no significant road noise.

Had these tires fitted just before going on a long trip to the Nurburgring, the tires were amazing and handled great. Handle great in the wet and dry.

Bought PS5 to replace PS4 on a Juke NISMO RS. I'd have PS4 on the car for the previous three front tyre changes (one on the back), so can directly compare to PS4. First, better brake bite. Surprising as PS4 were fine in that department, but PS5 are better. Steering feels a bit better, too. No real difference in comfort or noise. Given that these PS5 are supposed to have better longevity too, a winner all around.
