Very grippy in the wet

The tyres seem good, i had PS4S previously so they dont quite feel as grippy as them but have been more than fine through the corners in the current autumn weather conditions.

They are very good in all weather conditions

Really good grip in all conditions and give me the confidence to drive spiritually.

Running these on a Z4 M40i and honestly a bit disappointed. I’ve had Pilot Super Sports and PS4s before and both were noticeably better. The PS5s just don’t have the same bite or grip, especially when you push on a bit. They feel softer and less confidence-inspiring through corners. They’re quiet and comfortable which is fine for normal driving but they don’t have that planted connected feel you expect from a Michelin Pilot Sport. Even in the dry they can feel a bit vague compared to the older tyres. Nothing wrong with them as a safe all-rounder but if you’ve run PS4s or PSS before these will probably feel like a step backwards rather than an upgrade. Wouldn’t buy again, I’ll be going back to PS4s or trying something else next time. 3/5
