Had them before. Get good milage out of them, but have only had cheaper brands.

They give me a very good ride after about 150.000 miles

Definitely better than the tyres that came with my Cooper S, safer in the wet, quieter, more lateral grip and far better braking in both wet and dry. Will definitely order another set when the time comes.

Absolutely perfect, very confident feel while driving, definitely the tyre to purchase, it’s worth paying the extra money to get the better tyre

Tyres are wareing fine

I have an M135i x drive which came from the factory with Bridgestone S005's, and they lasted 6000 miles. I wanted a more hardwearing tyre, and the Michelin's, based on past experience with PS4's fit the bill. After 2000 miles they seem to be wearing a lot better. On a positive, these are far superior to the Bridgstone's in the Wet, reflected in their A rating over the B of the Bridgestone. There is plenty of grip, and they are generally good on noise. The negatives, they are a bit more uncomfortable that the Bridgestone, seem to have stiffer side walls, I have mitigated this by playing with the pressures a bit. The biggest disappointment with these is the complete lack of feel, they are just numb, no feedback and no turn in sensation. The grip is there, but you can't feel it, and you just have to hope it is there. The PS4S, is probably a more direct comparison to the Bridgestone, and the Bridgestone was a star marked tyre, so obviously had specific BMW characteristics built in as part of the design, at the detriment or wear and wet weather grip. I accept the PS5 is more of an 'all rounder' tyre, which I have made peace with, and accept for the trade off on the apparent better wear. I don't think I would go for these again on this specific car, as I miss the response and turn in of the Bridgestone over these PS5's. On balance a great tyre, just lacking in feel or responsiveness.

Amazing grip in the corners, great wet weather handling, no more sliding around the roundabout after having the throttle.

Having driven these Tyres in most conditions, except snow, the general performance has been good. They are easy to predict the handling of the vehicle with good levels of feedback making for a reassuring drive - especially in the wet. However there is a but… and that is the Michelin Pilot Sport 5 Tyres are expensive and very noisy. In fact they are significantly noisier than all the other premium branded Tyres which I have previously had. Despite regular alignment, balancing and tyre pressure checks - these Michelin Tyres are prone to feathering when compared to other makes of Tyres which in turn increases the noise levels.

Tyres are brilliant They inspire confidence

I really like them and find them better handling in all conditions than the OE Bridgestones, especially in the wet that we've experienced this summer.
