Pilot Sport 5 TYRE REVIEW

Great high performance tyres. The car just sticks when throwing it into corners, but also provides great performance in wet weather.

Performing the same really compared to the Pilot Sport 4 they replaced. The noise difference is noticeable and I can feel more through the pedals with these tyres than I used to but could also be because they are a harder tyre. Perform the same in wet and dry and I have confidence that they will keep me on the road for the 20k miles a year I do in this car / tyre combo. Having said that, the increase in road noise alone will probably make me go back to the pilot sport 4 despite them being a little more expensive.

Very good in the wet and much quieter than Bridgestone

Not as good as I expected.

After covering almost 11k miles since getting these tyres fitted, I have found that the wear on them especially the fronts have worn exceptionally well (with it being fitted to a front wheel drive car). Road holding has slightly decreased due to wear but they stick stick well in wet weather and are still good in the dry too.

Fine. As expected. Had them before.

Fantastic tyres, great grip, much improved handling and quieter than the tyres that were on it when I bought the car.

Brilliant, simply the best tyre I have ever tried. All around nothing beats the ps5 - even on my daily driver honda accord. they are surprisingly good in winter and brilliant in the wet, in the summer as expected they are as good as expected.

Consistent regardless of weather.
