Road 5 tyres Tracer 900 GT
Excellent tyre with great grip and longevity

Michelin 5 tyres
The scarpe on a z1000sx 18 right spot on

Does everything that a sports tyre should do and lasts twice as long
Michelin Road fives are perfect on my KTM superduke as they have all the grip I need and they will last a 10 day trip of hard riding and still come home legal!

37 miles and already punctured
OK, punctures happen. but, a small sharp stone has punctured this tyre on a brand new bike with only 37 miles ridden. Tyres are made in Thailand. Are the Thai tyres made differently to Europe spec tyres? If I replace with another Road 5 tyre will it be different if made in another factory.

Road 5 recommendation
I had Road 5’s on my Z800 and they were faultless. They gave confidence riding in the wet and when it came to changing my S1000RR tyres I decided they were the tyre I wanted to replace Bridgestone S21’s. I’m happy to say the decision was justified as the bike feels more stable. I haven’t had them on long enough to say how long they will last, but I’m comfortable it will be acceptable.

Michelin road 5
On my MT09 Tracer always out with my m8s gixer 1000 and firblade fine these tyres give me 5000 mls and great grip down to the edge in all weather's

Excellent!
Makes my Speed Triple give all she's got on the road, both wet and dry.

Confidence and durability
Swapped to Road 5 last year. Excellent grip gives confidence

Good grip
Only getting around 7500 miles out of a set of road 5's on my 2013 honda cbf1000 .. near the end of my 3rd set & have to get a new set in the next few weeks max .. great grip in the dry & wet but thought i should be getting more miles out of them to be honest ..

great tyres that don't round off easily
great tyres that don't round off easily , however, they do seem to pick up nails and screws. Apart from the good resistance to rounding, they are especially good in the wet. IO no longer fear white lines or manhole covers :-). I've had 3 seta and its easy to get 10k miles out of them, even with hard riding. Great tyres
